By national regulation it is necessary to provide certain information of all guests to the Ministry of Tourism.

In compliance with a regulatory mandate of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MCIT), in article 2 of Resolution 409 of 2022, it is stated that it is the duty of all tourist accommodation service providers to inform the MCIT of the data required for the Filling out the Accommodation Registration Card (TRA). The collection of said information is theoretically for statistical purposes for decision-making in public policy matters. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for the purposes of commercial activity, the provider is obliged to request the consent of the guest for the processing of personal data.

Depending on availability, it is possible to request the early check-in and/or late check-out service for an additional cost.

Early check-in
Arrivals between 11am and 3pm have a cost of COP $50,000.
Arrivals between 8am and 11am have a cost of $90,000 COP.
Arrivals between 4am and 8am, have an additional cost of $10,000 COP per hour.
* Arrivals before 4am are considered as an additional night.
Late check-out
Departures between 12m and 4pm have a cost of $50,000 COP.
Departures between 4pm and 7pm have a cost of $90,000 COP.
Departures between 7pm and 11pm, have an additional cost of $10,000 COP per hour.
* Departures after 11pm are considered as an additional night.
Any questions you may have while using the early check-in or late check-out service, our service hours are from 8am to 8pm.
If you do not wish to take the early check-in or late check-out service, you can request a free locker assignment to store your luggage while you enjoy the island or wait for your flight. We also have an outside bathroom located to the left of the front door that you can use at any time if you want to freshen up, change, or take a shower.

Plan your arrival or departure in advance so that you have a comfortable place to leave your luggage if you arrive before check-in time or plan to travel after check-out time
How to use the safe?
1. Make sure the safe is open. (If it isn’t, please contact us via WhatsApp at +5732452822.)
2. Press the “Reset” button (on the back of the door).
3. Enter a 4-digit code.
4. Press the “#” or “E” button or key (depending on the model).
Done! Your code has been saved.
To open the safe:
1. Enter the code you set up.
2. Press “E” or “#” .
3. The safe will be locked and you will be able to unlock or open it.
